This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Strainingneckexp, including the Desk Reset Starter Kit, Calendar Sync Module, and Ergonomic Blueprint Guide. We aim to provide clear and fair refund conditions for all customers in the United States.

2. Digital Product Refunds

Because our products are delivered digitally, refund eligibility depends on access status:

  • Full refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are accepted if product access has not been activated or downloaded.
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if technical issues prevented access to purchased content.
  • Refunds are not available for products that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or used beyond preview functionality.

3. Subscription Cancellations

The Calendar Sync Module is billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with your order details:

Include your name, email address used for purchase, product name, and date of purchase. We respond to refund requests within five business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
